学生可以通过电脑、平板电脑或智能手机自主进行网上练习。系统会从题库中自动生成练习页面，练习没有时间和次数的限制。大量的强化练习能够帮助学生巩固所学知识。

电子作业是由老师通过知识网作业发布平台，发布给学生的网上作业。学生通过电脑，平板电脑或智能手机网上作答，网上提交作业。
电子作业发布：老师通过电子作业发布工具，利用eZhishi的题库，选择练习题型及题目数量，电脑自动或老师自主选题，生成电子作业或网上测验卷子，发布给所指定的班级、年级或个别学生。
网上作业可选择发布为作业链接，把电子作业链接复制到其他教学平台，如SLS, Google Class等，学生在相关平台，无需登录知识网，就可以通过该链接直接完成并提交电子作业。
电子作业答题：学生登录平台后，自动收到老师发布的电子作业通知，直接在网上完成作业，系统自动批改，线上提交，作业成绩自动生成统计图表。
电子作业管理：老师通过电子作业管理页面，了解学生电子作业完成情况及成绩结果，查看班级或全级学生电子作业成绩统计图表。
通过电子作业系统，老师可以方便、快捷地发布电子作业给学生，并高效管理学生的作业完成情况及成绩统计，满足课后作业与Home-Based Learning网上教学活动。
eAssignment facilitate school's effective adoption of Online Homework and Home-Based Learning (HBL) in a whole-school approach where teacher customised and publishes language exercise assignment to students through the eZhishi eAssignment platform. Students use computers, tablets, or smartphones to answer and submit homework online, developing students' self-directed learning habit.
eAssignment Publishing tools: Through a simple operations selection of the number of questions and topics from eZhishi.net question bank, the portal automatically generates practice paper, and released to the designated or the entire class of students on a designated date and time.
eAssignment Submission: Students will receive the eAssignment notice once log on into the portal . Students attempt the eAssignment homework online and receive real-time auto-marking instant feedback, the results will be uploaded to teacher’s eAssignment Management page.
eAssignment Management: Through eAssignment management system, teacher can monitor completion status of each eAssignment released and glance over students' progress and results.
